Jamie March was small time catburglar before his attempted heist of the Smithsonian. He was however foiled in the attempt and when raising across the roof tops to escape his pursuers… he slipped and fell directly a top a dumpster… fracturely his spinal column and permanently paralyzing him. He took Elias’ deal… but refused to be the aerobat Elias wanted… he doesn’t like heights anymore.
