Background/Bio[edit]
Londinium born and raised, rose to prominence as one hell of a doctor, fell from grace when his gambling addiction and related debts came to lite (along with the small matter of tax fraud). Howe fled Londinium and has been wandering around the verse as a gambler and grey to black market doctor for the past two decades.
