Hirudina is a rising star in the alternately sluggish and mercurial fairy courts of the British Isles. She has been known for about a decade, but since the start of the war has been quickly climbing the twisted ladder of fairy hierarchy.
Her only known form is that of a pale skinned red headed woman in her early thirtys, usually wearing dark revealing dresses. She has been classified as unseelie by Dain McEwain, the royal navy's former deputy liason to the fairy kingdoms. Other atributions are a relation to blood, a fondness for contradictions, and reversing the personal gravity of those who anger her. Other information collected by Dain McEwain regarding her is held in question due their unproffessional relationship.
