Gandhi's is something of a prodigy as a Cantrips creator. Like a Cantrips level madwand. He can modify any Cantrips dimensions up to a spells equal power to a third level spell. However he was terrible at low order shadow magic or high order sorcery. Using Cantrips though made it appear he was a more formidable spell caster then he is. Add power words and his skill looks great.
