Capsule: Hank Pym is a brilliant scientist who developed the Pym Particles, a substance that allows size-changing. He used gas cylinders containing the particles and other paraphernalia he developed to become a superhero.
Pym is a founding member of the Avengers and one of its more important members. His long career has been plagued by physical and psychological problems, though. He has had many different superhero identities. His first identity was that of Ant-Man, that he soon abandoned to become Giant-Man.

Notes: Pym at first needed gas cylinders to change size, but eventually the constant exposure to the Pym Particles gave him the power to change size at will.
The "giant-size" values are his stats when he has all 16 ranks of Growth engaged. Most times he'll not activate all 16 ranks though. Giant-Man was powerful, but also rather clumsy. He is only equivalent to PL 9 offensively when fully grown. He is PL 11 only because he can also shrink and gain +12 to attack while keeping his normal human strength.
