Sentient Species HU:1 Galatic Explorator ships encountered HU:1 at currently classified coordinates in the HU subsector. The species is described as small, hunched, and roughly humanoid. The males have manes of fur around their necks and wrists. Stealth observer vessels have confirmed the race is sentient and does indeed have a tribal culture spread out over the planets arid expanses.Each tribe is ruled by shaman which have been observed performing ceremonies during intense plasma storms near the planets surface. It has been speculated that these ceremonies may in fact be directing storms towards neighboring tribes agricultural fields. This planet is currently protected by Galactic Law, contact with humanity is punishable by seizure of all assets and imprisonment in a livable environment for the remainder of a perpetrator's life. This term of imprisonment shall not exceed 1 galactic cycle.
