Harbor City Downtown

Downtown – The heart of Harbor City, this neighborhood includes, City Hall, Pioneer Park, the main branch of the Library, The Court House, and the HQ of Goliath Electronics. West of downtown is a large strip of beach owned by the city that has no formal name. It has many nicknames, many of them are not fit for polite company.
