Francesca is a sixteen year old niece of Joseph Garibaldi and a classmate of Firebug. She has a predilection for getting in trouble, is vaguely aware of the criminal activities of her family, and drives a brand-new Corvette.

Joseph has ordered Doctor Carrington to keep Firebug away from his niece.
