Harbor City Mordecai Pravus
Mordecai Pravus - Harbor City's former popular District Attorney. He has a reputation for being very tough on crime. He is currently missing, following the events of the assassination of City Council candidate Vincent Garibaldi. Mordecai was outed as a super-powered individual, apparently in the employment of the devil, or a demonic agent, pulling strings behind the scenes. He was defeated by the Harbor City heroes, and imprisoned inside an empty cargo container box on a ship on its way to China. As he was unconscious and bleeding at the time, it's not thought that he could have survived the trip.
Mordecai has the super ability of Mind Control, which he can also use defensively to avoid damage.
