Most Samurai of Rokugan chose to think of themselves as predators. This is not so for the Hare, who have spent as much time as the harried as they have as the harriers. This almost inborn paranoia has made the Hare experts at the rapid change between flight and stealth.

Special: Must be Hare Clan; can only be activated while you are being hunted but are currently unobserved.
Effect: You may add your ranks in Tracking to TNs to be recognized and gain a free raise on all Acting(Disguise), Acting(Mimicry), Stealth, and Tracking rolls. However, anyone who you encounter that you do not know to be an ally will produces a Fear effect equal to his or her insight rank (+1 if you think they are part of the group hunting you).
