Harmony Wharf: A small port and fishing town on the edge of the Lake, Harmony Wharf has long stood between the western branched of the Cultured and the rest of the Homeland. However, recent actions by the People have ensured that Harmony Wharf is more free to pursue its own path now, albeit one more tied to the People. Famous for a combination of both its knowledge of the Swamp that lurks at the edge of the Lake and a surprising aptitude for old world mechanical devices that they use to help their hunters and fishers. Harmony Wharf has its entire history centered around making do with what they had, and clever improvisations of old tools. Even as things change in the Homeland... they don't plan to change that.

Faces Elias and Rethnal: A married coupled, Elias is the chief mechanic of Harmony Wharf and Rethnal is the first councilor. Together, these two are most responsible for what Harmony Wharf is today. They are extremely devoted to the town and it's people, and very much want to keep them safe and prosperous, which has led them to carefully negotiate with the surrounding Families of the Homeland.

Surpluses

  • Scavengers: Harmony Wharf has a small but dedicated crew of scavengers who acquire gear for Elias' workshop from ruined and buried technological sites in the Swamp.
  • Crops: The town is well fed by the swamp
  • Scouts: The hunters and Fishermen of Harmony Wharf know the region better than anyone.

Needs

  • Weaponry: The recent attack has made Harmony Wharf clear that they need better defenses
  • Land: Harmony Wharf is starting to outgrow the docks its built on. The people need more secure positions to establish settlements.

Alliance Move

  • When Harmony Wharf provides aid or scouts for a Family's actions in the swamps, they gain one treaty on them.
