In this story arc The Survivors of AA FLight 283 have just announced themselves to the world. Having left Celera in a wake of negative accusations the passengers split to return home to family and friends. The world will slowly begin to react to odd events occuring around the Survivors. They will begin to investigate the extent of their powers and learn about the reprecussions of other powered Survivors, as well as events concerning the Government, Celera and the world.

What does the "Homecomings" cover mean?[edit]

  • JASON (aka. Brian Jaffe): This is the cover, so far, that probably has the most meaning. Or the most meanings, maybe. The house itself and the view of the earth cresting the horizon are both references to in-game events from this story arc; it's Julie Young's house we're looking at, which references Maggie's birthday party, and Brian (with Jack in tow) got a similar view of the earth while standing on the moon. There's also the metaphor of just how vastly distant the Survivors' mental-space of home (by which we mean "normal") now is from their old, familiar lives, as represented by the earth.
