A magistrate station, working as a base of operations for the Imperial Magistrates. Your basic cop station, only with an added "ancient China" thing going on.
There are currently seven Detective+ -grade Magistrates assigned to 306:
Two River Tsung - male, Constable Rank V (Magistrate/"Chief"). He is the Chief of 306; pushing fifty, he´s still a badass. RIP - killed in action
Lui Pong - male, Constable Rank III (Detective Senior). Serene, scary-ass sadist Buddha lookalike.
White Feather Kung - male, Constable Rank II (Detective). Masterful investigator. Aka "Four Eyes Kung", because of his glasses. Cops can be cruel.
Crimson Fang - female, Constable Rank II (Detective). Loud, foul-mouthed and violent. Excels at violence.
Iron Dog Tsian - male, Constable Rank II (Detective). Arrogant punk always itching for a fight.
Five Sorrows Feng - female, Constable Rank II (Detective). Daoist mystic, specializes in supernatural cases.
Bitter Eye Wong - male, Constable Rank II (Detective). Maverick supercop with a penchant for brawls and/or explosions.
