Steploe Nestletoe is an NPC in In the Halls of Undermountain.

Perpetually optimistic, Steploe is a halfling in the Cellarers and Plumbers' Guild that was found in a prison in Undermountain. Apparently abducted while he was on the job, he's demonstrated a keen ability to pick locks as long as he's got the proper tools.
