Iusi hiJakkash

Qusunchu Iusi hiJakkash of the Black Hood clan is Wielder of the Obsidian Knife, third most senior post in the ritual branch of the Temple of Ksarul, Tumissa. He is as charming as all such persons should be, and even quite jolly and jokey with his underlings - obviously his job of despatching human sacrifices on high feast days of the demons does not adversely affect him, though those who do not know him well find this trait rather sinister. He has a marvellous singing voice and his party piece at Tumissan society feasts is to recite the most bloodthirsty and dramatic sections of the Lament of the Wheel in Black. Is rumoured to have personally dispatched members of the Temple of Thumis down in the underworld in knife fights, but is cordial as he can be with such Thumis priests he meets on the surface.
