Jane has spent most of her life trying to not be anything like the people she grew up around. Raised in the most perfect suburb one could imagine, she realized young that her parents had sold out. Everyone around her was willing to drop all the things they believed in, sacrifice bigger dreams for a two car garage and a half acre to mow. At 18, she left to go to art school, and she hasn't looked back since. Well, except to ask for money occasionally. Jane now lives in the city, renting a loft apartment in a crummy neighborhood. She's a sculptor. Mostly modern, deconstructionist stuff. Showing a dark reflection of the American dream through smashed wagons and mannequins with internal combustion engines humming beneath their pencil skirts and sweaters. Jane works hard to stand out, to make sure people know she's not like them. Dyed hair. Multiple peircings. A fashion sense that bounces between high fashion and Good Will.

Evolved Human Ability

Jane has a body that is completely mutable. With a little bit of effort, she can alter her appearance entirely. This requires physically reshaping each bit of her, so extreme changes can take a while to do. She can also reshape her body into inhuman things- sharpening her fingers into claws, or legs longer then most people's bodies. Of course, this all takes time to do, and some one's going to notice strangeness like that.
