Jann Wei

Jann Wei, also know as Mr. Gold, is the kingpin of a medium sized empire of legitimate and not so legitimate businesses centering around the Golden Dragon casino and resort. In addition to the large hotel, casino, and grounds, he owns golf courses, housing developments, high rises and other real estate. He is based on Valentine but travels frequently to Paquin and elsewhere to conduct business.
