• These javelins deal 1d6 + 20 points of electric damage to whoever they hit. Everyone directly between the thrower and the target are also hit by the electrical attack, taking 10 or 20 points of damage depending on a saving throw vs. spells. There is no bonus to hit for these. These can hit creatures only hit by magic weapons.
