Acts as a wand of missile focusing.

Merrill's improved magic missiles take the level one magic missile spell and allow them to be cast with different level slots (power levels) to improve the damage. The spell signature can be determined by the user.

Level 1 Slot: d6+2

Level 2 Slot: d6+2

Level 3 Slot: d6+2; defeat SHIELD spell

Level 4 Slot: d6+2; defeat MINOR globe (max 2 points)

Level 5 Slot: d6+2; defeat GLOBE (max 2 points)
