Appearance

Kisa is a house cat Valken. As such, she's lacking in most of the intimidating qualities of predatory feline Valken and more just naturally cuddly. Individuals are often inclined to underestimate her because of her seemingly soft and furry appearance. Kisa actually cultivates this attitude to help her.

Personality

Kisa appears to be soft and harmless with nothing but a cheery hostesses attitude shown to anyone in her employ. The only time this attitude ever breaks is when she's confronted by someone possibly going to hurt one of her girls, then she reveals her cute little broom actually contains a katana and plenty of people have actually never returned after confronting her. She genuinely cares for her girls and is extremely protective of them.

Background

Kisa is the daughter of Mikos D'Darkpurr, the murderous "Black Cat" assassin in the service of General Venom. Kisa grew up in the service of the immortal General Venom as a thief and eventually the wife of one of the man's agents. When Kisa's husband was killed in a street altercation, she knew she'd had enough of the Serpents gang but that attempting to leave would get her killed. She thus asked General Venom for permission to found a brothel and was given a surprisingly generous pension.

Despite it being ten years later, Kisa is still paying off the tremendous debt she owes to General Venom and a large portion of her profits. She keeps the Chateau's association with the Serpent Gang secret but has protected most of the girls from exploitation with his tactit blessing. She often worries about when and if he'll ask for something she can't deliver.
