A rather nosy fellow who has wandered onto your vessel in Footfall with two of his Acolytes.
His purpose for visiting is not exactly clear yet, but according to him, it has more to do with The Board, a small group of nobles who've formed an alliance and are suspected of Heresy. He is particularly interested in a rather strange messenger, who claims to be a representative of the organization and a mysterious object which she was sent to ask you to retrieve.
