Lady Blue

By far, the most popular Supervillain in all the land would be Lady Blue. This is not just because of her unwillingness to harm bystanders, nor is it because she gives away most of ill gotten goods to charities or the team of expert lawyers that always seem to get her off without convictions, they work for free in such cases. It is undoubtedly her "life for today" attitude and bubbly personality that has worked its way into the hearts of the community.

This poses a problem with most heroes. When fighting Destroyer or Mechanon, you know whose side you are on. When fighting Lady Blue, with her whole good natured "Robin Hood" thing going on, things are not so cut and dried. Lady Blue walks the line between black and white that makes it difficult for many heroes to fight her at full strength.

Her career started after she had made her suit. She needed some money and robbed a bank. Of course, not one person was injured in the crime. She made off with 3 Million dollars. She gave all but 20K to various charities. She claims that not one innocent has ever been harmed by her in any of her activities. This makes a call to the Superheroes to stop Lady Blue get the lowest of priorities.
