Doctor Maximilian Stern, the Power of Drugs (Hell-aligned): Typically appears as a successful doctor who has retired from the practice of medicine and now sits on the boards of several major pharmaceutical and medical research companies. German. Stern, grey-haired, trim moustache and goatee, rimless glasses, immaculate suits in white or grey. The Estate of Drugs was formerly largely beneficial, and closely aligned with the Estate of Medicine (a Serpentine Estate, currently not enChancelled). However, when the Doctor was enNobled, he rapidly turned it into a tool of corruption. He is believed to have initiated the War on Drugs as a means of empowering his Estate and advancing his cause. Dr Stern is known to be frequently at odds with his Familia because of his approach to his Estate. Widely supposed to hand-in-glove with Entropy's Powers and the Camorra. Rumoured to have once been the lover of the Power of Addiction.

Familia Rauthus

Aaron Kaufmann, the Power of Addiction (Dark-aligned): Typically appears young, devastatingly handsome, black hair, very white teeth. A Hollywood socialite who can get into all the best parties and has the best drugs. (There is a long-running rumour that Kaufmann and Stern were once lovers, and that Kaufmann helped Stern develop the War on Drugs and other aspects of his take on the Estate. However, they had some sort of falling out in the 1960s, and since then Kaufmann has worked against Stern.) He fights to make drugs legal but also opposes attempts to make them safe; his aim is to give as many people as possible the option of destroying themselves through addiction.

Markannas, the Power of Noise (Hell-aligned): Tall, black, handsome, athletic, early 20s. Wears black leather, rides a motorcycle. He cultivates disfiguring sores around his mouth and ears, but they don't detract much from his appearance; he gives the impression he doesn't care much about them and only does it to keep his Dark-aligned siblings off his back. Known to be in a Nettling feud with Sound.

Familia Raziel

The Power of Secrets (name and affiliation unknown): Typically appears as a short, compact, middle-aged man with a shock of white hair. Congenial, fussily pedantic. Secrets is well-connected in Noble society and serves as both confessor and gossip. He will protect any information that he is specifically told to keep secret, and will also spread any information that he is not specifically told to keep secret. In both capacities he is considered valuable by many Nobles; any attempt to force him to reveal one of his secrets is likely to arouse the anger of many Nobles, as well as the Heavenly forces that protect him.

Familia Shamshiel

Scott Maunsell, the Power of Sound (Heaven-aligned): Typically appears middle height, pale, thin, late teens, shaggy dark hair; geeky and excitable. Very interested in sound engineering and technology, and most forms of music.

Familia Zadkiel

Lady Asano, the Power of Memory (Heaven-aligned): Typically appears as a beautiful Japanese woman, slightly under average height, youthful but dignified, calm, graceful; wears the garb of an eleventh-century Japanese noblewoman or modernist stylings of the same. The Lady Asano is widely known to have a friendly rivalry with the Power of Secrets as to which of them is the most accomplished gossip and socialite among the Nobles of Earth. She believes that the construction of a life in memory is the finest form of art humanity has to offer.
