Death Masters are produced by the sinister Foundry. Nuclear powered assault canons, the weapons are ridiculously powered for Local Gangs and toughs. Death Masters are powerful enough that the police are completely powerless to deal with the gangs that are armed with them. Death Masters are just one example of the increasingly bizarre and high tech devices that have been showing up amongst street criminals in the past few years.
