MI666-003:Ms. Wheelie

Wheelie's initial cover was as a bootlegger in Prohibition-era Tennesee, supposed to be making sure that alchemically-altered batches of moonshine got delivered to the right place at the right time to start establishing the occult flows that would later be solidified by Infrastructure built by the TVA during the Great Depression. But she got distracted by the betting on run times and later organized races that the other bootleggers would run - especially taking advantage of their incredulity that a lady could really drive better than them, thinking the only reason the outfit took her on is that she wouldn't get searched. Wheelie Fell while blowing off an important run for a big race; she deeply resents the God-Machine for choosing that moment to cut her loose, because the crash made her forfeit. She's been a Saboteur ever since.

She didn't hook up with OEI until the 60s, when her initial cover was aging and she was having trouble assembling a replacement with her own faculties. They offered her a young automobile enthusiast who wanted to serve her country, and she jumped at the chance; her new Cover's Alternate Identity, Lise Levin, even requires her to go legitimately racing occasionally to keep up appearances.

Wheelie is a armored stealth drone the size of large motorcycle, rolling on long, quiet treads with a plasma turbine venting out the rear when she moves and a small turret mount at top, with a sturdy ram-plate on her prow. When she needs to manipulate objects normally, she transforms into a mirror-skinned, oversized, robotic humanoid with long legs ending in rollerskate-like treads.
