This power is known to be used by General Phillipi but it is unknown how many Nihls may possess this power. The power has the effect of a strong thunderstorm, rain included. The actual power is that time is stopped. It seems that those given the Spirit of Creation may not be affected by the Storm but that is also unknown. Those who are frozen in time have no memory of events that transpire and will not know that any time has passed.
