Personal Details, Work Performance, Special Training and Other Notes[edit]
State Department Foreign Officer who was a former Navy junior officer, his ship got taken by pirates on his first voyage, most of them were recovered by since then the mortality rate among them has been high and no-one on that voyage has conceived a child since. Martin was broken by it and quietly discharged. It was his repressed memories of whatever happened on board that boat that brought him to Delta Green's attention.
