Covers[edit]

Network Contacts[edit]

Cherries[edit]

  • Athletics: Hard to Hit
  • Disguise: Just the Help - I specialize in looking nondescript. If I'm wearing a service uniform, jumpsuit, rented-looking tux, or the like, my Difficulty on any Disguise test is reduced by 1.
  • Infiltration: Open Sesame - I can automatically pick or bypass any normal, commercial door lock or alarm (on buildings or vehicles) without a test. (Otherwise, the Difficulty for such a lock is 2.) Many locks require specialized tools, possession of which without a locksmith’s license is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. Complex or tricky locks may still require tests to open them speedily, to avoid noise or damage, or to relock afterward. Safes, handcuffs, security doors, and so forth always require tests of Infiltration.
  • Infiltration: Escape Artist - I missed my calling by not playing Vegas. No matter how I am bound, locked, tied up, given enough time unobserved I will get free. This doesn’t mean I can’t be captured. In fact, that may become a viable plan for my team to get me on the inside of a secure facility.
  • Surveillance: The Wire - bonus to Electronic Surveillance
  • Weapons: Quincy Morris' Bowie Knife - I can throw any balanced hand weapon (e.g., fighting knife, tomahawk, scalpel) at a target within Near range at no penalty to Difficulty or damage.
  • Gun Cherry: Handy - I may make an immediate Extra Attack at half Shooting cost as your weapon responds effortlessly to my aim.
  • Gun Cherry: Precision Accuracy - If I spent any points on a Called Shot, refresh 2 Shooting points immediately.

History[edit]

Oksana has been fascinated with the supernatural and the occult since she was eight, upon learning that her great-aunt was a vidma. In boarding school, she fucked around with things she shouldn't have, resulting in the deaths of several of her classmates. Nobody believed her about the involvement of vampires, but she's never forgotten. Her crime family pulled her out after the traumatic event and homeschooled her in a specialized set of skills. After working for them for a decade, she went freelance, selling her talents in assassination and infiltration to several criminal, corporate, and government benefactors.

Upon discovering that her employers were true, actual vampires -- the same creatures that she's harbored secret guilt about for two decades -- she took it personally.
