A massive school area, the size of a modern city, it was claimed by the Wildlady Llew (she never got the hang of Earth-appropriate names that suited someone who was "female"), it is part of an experiment by the Locust Court to divide the forces of the Dark Horsemen between the Prosaic and Mythic, as well as Spiritual worlds that this specific battle deals with.
Llew was put up as one of roughly 3 Imperators to make a Chancel that would handle the dangers of the work at distracting the Excrucians.
