Vinegar & Gastronomic Arts[edit]
- Occiberge has a unique vinegar culture, transforming low-quality imported wine into highly sought-after aged vinegars.
- The "Alchemists of Acidity" (Vinaigriers) are a guild of master vinegar makers, known for blending rare herbs and spices.
- Food festivals often feature vinegar-paired dishes, mushroom delicacies, and fresh seafood from the coastline.
Mushroom Foraging & Culinary Arts[edit]
- Families and students partake in the annual Forêt Noire Mushroom Hunt, searching for legendary "dragon truffles" rumored to grow where dragon fire once touched the earth.
