Oizichi hiAiya

Rashangto Oizichi hiAiya is talkative and gossipy and a bit of pain. He has deservedly been stuck in a tiny temple of Ksarul with tiny congregation where he cannot cause too much trouble. He is doing his best for the Pachi Lei refugees who have arrived in his area, but there is not a great deal he can actually do. He is a supporter of the Refulgent Blue Curtain and allegedly had a member of the Blue Light sect executed during the Mu'ugalavyani occupation of the town.
