Ostakker Three-Scar

The jovial proprietor of the Stabbing Cat Lodging House and Tavern. He is an older man, well past his prime, but still in good shape for an innkeeper. He fought as a warrior alongside King Skilfil Hearthpiercer's father in the Nobody-Won-War. At the end of the war, he and Skilfil became companions in adventure. Their last adventure together, an encounter with a smilodon, left Ostakker with a severe limb and three deep scars across his face. He then set up his inn and acts as a local buyer of foreign goods. He runs the only eating and drinking establishment in town, the only inn in town, and is the only merchant in town. He is known for his fair and reasonable transactions with the locals, despite having so many monopolies.
