DESCRIPTION

Owl is not a terribly impressive young man to look at. Glasses on a thin face, quite short, black hair worn like every other man in the city, and wearing a white formal shirt. He’s the type you’d expect to talk about computers and chemistry a lot. And yet, those are two things that completely leave him cold. Owl is a military strategist specializing in the best form of warfare there is: psychological tactics. Who fears a weapon that nobody wants to use? This avoids conflict and casualties on both sides, thus obtaining victory in a civilized and clean fashion. Mostly bloodless, anyway. Being part of the wulin, he’s not at all adverse to whipping out a couple of stainless steel combat knives and getting his hands dirty if the situation calls for it. But even in the middle of a fight he keeps a cool head and plays it smart.

The Backstab Legacy does pretty much what it sounds like: by paying 4 Any chi he can force people to make an Awareness (18) roll or be Surprised by his attack.

HISTORY

Absolutely nothing of worth. He’s just a smart and convincing kid who knows what he’s good at.

NOTES

Although he looks about fourteen years old, he’s actually fifteen going on sixteen. He’s just short and underdeveloped for his age. As the only person in his class who is even shorter is Loss and Joy he sometimes bullies her. Life is hard when you’re a frustrated teen.
