Patch; Dr. Cannith
Note: Patch Cannith is the mute angel/robot medic/mad scientist of Shadows over Cyre in all its forms. He has become a crossover character in Winterweir and HED!.
Name: Patch
Aliases: 005, Dad, Doc, Dr. Cannith, King Patch (Winterweir).
Age: Unknown. He stopped keeping track around the fifth time he went back to the birth of his world.
Race: Metal Angel (merged with a hound archon called Othalun)
Power Level: Generally tries to keep it down to a 13, though poor wording about the use of a certain artifact means considerable leeway with that at times.
Appearance: Anything he wants. Has a tendency to look like Dr. Manhattan, Optimus Prime, or one of the Gurren Laganns, though he isn't limited to just them.
Powers: Teleportation, flight, strong plating, resilience to damage and spells, cleric spells* (primarily healing), infusions*, channeling, can change body into virtually anything he can imagine, including new inventions. This last ability is generally used to adapt to any situation, drastically widening his range of powers (though only if he decides to). Immunity to electricity, and resilience to other forms of damage classically considered elemental.
Weaknesses: Unholy magic and weaponry wound him more easily than normal spells or weapons would, though spells still have to overcome his resistance to such. Also, while he has a resilience to damage, this is by no means invulnerability. However, considering his strong metal hide, he may as well be nigh invulnerable to most of the world's population. He is also susceptible to summoning magic, being an outsider, and as such could be bound and forced to obey commands. Also, due to the nature of the worlds, he generally keeps his full abilities in check, preferring to nudge people towards the path they must take to make the world a better place rather than handing it to them.
Background: Patch is from another dimension, and was summoned here by Eldrich to help Dr. Manhattan recover from the coma FUBAR put him in. Between Godzilla, a giant UFO hitting a lake and flooding the city, and an event referred to only as the "Heero incident", he has his work cut out for him.
