Background Keyleth has tried, in general, to live her life without any real regard for others. Not that she hates people, she just prefers to live out in nature, walking with cats and snakes and birds and such—she's solitary, much like the dragon hidden somewhere deep in her ancestry.
Most would expect someone like her to keep her head down when folks like the Hellknights came around, not rocking the boat. Not so. Those were her neighbors, her customers—and it didn't take a genius to know that they would eventually go after her as well. She gave what aid she could, and has promised more of the same. Now, that promise is about to see expression.
