Baneful humans are not necessarily good or evil, but they are almost universally disliked because of their tendency to bring Chaos in their wake. Ping is no exception. Even her Kung-Fu is erratic and hard to predict!

Legacy: Wayward Blossom

A most rare bloodline, or perhaps a more common one but hard to recognize for what it is. Members of this family are hard to predict. Their demeanor suggests one path when they take another. Their fighting styles are most problematic to read, even when one has mastered the same Kung Fu.

All arts of Predictionism do not affect you, for better or worse. If a prophecy is made that Earth Lord will die on New Year's Day everybody would get a +5 bonus to Strike him that day... except for you. By the same token, if somebody made a prediction when the best time would be to strike against you they'd find confusing results, conflicting readings, blue-screening computers, and “heads or tails” coins landing on their sides or snatched away in the air by a passing magpie.

When you lose dice due to Kung Fu or Corrupt Joss (such as Waves Like Water 4) you may buy them back at the cost of 1 Any Chi each. You may not buy dice out of nothing this way, merely restore what has been taken away from you. Dice lost due to other reasons are still lost

You are immune to various other effects that depend for the most part on predictive talents (e.g. The All-Seeing Eye legacy of Iron Seraph and Eclipse)
