Appearance: Typically seen in his trench coat, hat and wearing a multicolor bright vibrant mask. Rainbow is somewhat of a horrible contradiction and paradox of appearance. On one hand his dark and gritty voice combined with his masked face make him seem intimidating. But then you realize you're being intimidated by a guy named RAINBOW and his mask has floral patterns on it.
Powers: None. Rainbow's only powers seem to be the odd gadget or tool he keeps about and his incredibly powerful intelligence and deductive reasoning. This is offset by his apparent insanity. Also, he can cut guns in half.
Weaknesses: Because he's human. Rainbow isn't invulnerable like some and is really useless when it comes to combat as he's had minimal training in this regard.
Background: Born on the bad side of the city. Rainbow's parents were KILLED... or so he says. But actually they were MYSTERIOUSLY TAKEN... he says next. BUT WAIT! THEY WERE ACTUALLY ABDUCTED BY ALIENS!... he says next. Truly his past is a mystery because it's just so full of contradictions! One second he talks about how his parents were murdered in front of an opera house. The next he's explaining how he was raised in the jungle by wild animals.
Rainbow has said so many things about his "past" that it just wouldn't make sense if all of it was true. Which it mostly isn't. He himself admits that "half of everything he says is bull plop" and that he constantly makes up stories about his past to make his enemies confused. Any records about his past have been burned and any knowledge anyone would have is most likely skewed in some way. The only one who knows seems to be a normal looking girl working at a local Macdonald's.
Motivation: Wants to fight crime and bring criminals to justice. The problem is that he often mistakes ordinary citizens for super criminals in disguise and as such has kinda developed a reputation for being a crazy man. Which he is.
Personality: Paranoid, talkative and accusing. Rainbow would be damned near impossible to put up with if it weren't for the fact that, in game terms, he's maxed out ranks in Knowledge (Local) and probably knows more about Freedom city and it's bad sides than any other hero. Not to mention that ever so often he actually does something right and puts a big bad behind bars with the help of a normal super.
