ZyxzlokX Bargained for himself and "Chip" and on behalf of the Heirarchy of Earth; Zyx Offered the Initial Terms, which were Negotiated to the following:

• First: Raphax will join the Hierarchy of Earth.
  • RAPHAX AGREES AS IS. RaphaX is a Member of the Hierarchy of Earth.
• Second: Raphax will Stand for "Chip" or ZyxzlokX for any Testimony.
  • RAPHAX MOSTLY AGREES BUT WITH CONDITIONS: Depends upon the nature of the Testimony.
• Third: As Raphax rises, he will be an Instructor for any Race he owns to any Student the Hierarchy directs.
  • RAPHAX MOSTLY AGREES BUT WITH CONDITIONS: Must be able to train students 'On The Road'.
• Fourth: Any world Raphax sleeps on he will make a Imprinting of the soil so we of Earth may know it.
  • RAPHAX MOSTLY AGREES BUT WITH CONDITIONS: A couple of Worlds are Off Limits.
• Fifth: Raphax has authority over a Low Order Construct that is non-restrictive. Raphax will bring Members of Earth to assay it though they must each pay Raphax for the privilege. Zyx knows 20 that will bargain for the privilege. Of course Chip and Zxy, Raphax will bring to it before his Elevation and they gain it free.
  • RAPHAX MOSLTY AGREES BUT WITH CONDITIONS: "So. I am 'agreeable' to take Earthers to the Sigil with the intention of them Assaying the Sigil. For those that are able to successfully Assay it, each must sign the summoning book, agree to a 4 year term of service as a Sigil Guard and must offer me a copy of their Summoning Tome and Stand and Speak for me at any Testimonies or Screenings. The two of you,(Zyx and Chip) would be exempt from the Sigil Guard Duty, but signing the Summoning Tome and coming to help when help is needed... would be greatly appreciated... as a favor to me, not those that run the Stronghold that now houses the Sigil."
