Back Ground Alexsaunder "Alex" was the 12th son of a minor but rich noble. If mother was the Barons 3rd wife and se died in giving birth to him. Alex was always a big child and grew to love the better things in life. He had no chance at getting an inheritance from his father, which was fine with him. His stipend was enough to keep him pleasantly happy with all forms of debauchery. To say that Alex was the black sheep of the family was to give black sheep a bad name. This all came crashing down one night when a visiting dignitaries daughter OD while partying with Alex. His family hushed it up but his father had had enough. He gave Alex and ultimatum. Leave the system or be committed to a sanitarium, where they would throw away the key. So Alex left that very same night along with half the families wealth. While the family was very angry with the loss of the money they where glad to see him leave. They put out a warrant for his arrest and execution if he ever returned to their home system and let the matter drop.

Alex spent the next couple years if a blur. He tried every form of excess he could fine with who ever he could fine/pay to join him. Thankfully he was not a stupid person and he set up a tidy nest egg that provided him with a substantial yearly salary, before he start his couple year bender. Alex was never a very athletic person but the excess over these two years caused him to lose what athletic abilities he had and become morbidly obese. He woke up one morning after a particularly long stint of women, Booze/drugs, and gambling in the cabin of a voidship, surrounded by a bevy of naked men and women of several different races. To his great surprise there was a Rogue Trader warrant in his name hanging on the wall. Also the crew was calling him Lord Captain. It took more than a little while to piece sequence of events together that lead up to him being in this situation.

It appears that during the most recent foray into debauchery he got himself into a game of cards with a down on his luck Rogue Trader. It seems that the trader was strapped for cash to make repairs on his ship after having a run in with some pirates. Long story, short his luck at cards was worse than his luck as a Rogue Trader and Alex came away with his warrant and voidship. After consulting with the Administratum he was able to confirm that the warrant and his ownership of the voidship where indeed valid.

The one thing he learned from his father was the responsibility to those you rule over. The realization that he was no responsible for 10s of thousands of lives and had a way to make a name for himself was a severe shock to Alex, but he took it in stride. He used his extreme curiosity in all manners of things to dive head first into become a voidship captain. The next several years were spent repairing the ship and also learning the how’s and why’s of being a Rogue Trader. The first year was the hardest and Alex made several severe mistakes, but he quickly learned from them and now is a reasonable competent Captain of his own voidship and trading dynasty.

Pitir[edit]

Pitir “Tornado” O’Shen, Thug and Arch-Militant

The world of Hess Minoris is known for its bustling space ports and its busy casinos, but mostly for its fighting pits. O’Shen was a fighting slave, raised from birth to die in the glorious lights of the caged arenas. However, the “Tornado” was blessed with speed and strength...but most importantly, good looks. His quick rise to fame and showmanship was enough to draw the attention of his betters, who quickly bought him as a bodyguard (gladiators were fashionable accessories that year…)

He was assigned to Alexsaunder as a birthday gift to the boy, where O’Shen’s looks and mean attitude tended to fit in with the parties. When his master was outcast, O’Shen came with--he could keep paying, after all. After a few scrapes, O’Shen now finds himself as the loyal master of war of a voidship--not too shabby for a pit fighter, really…

Appearance: A massive man with an ink-black mohawk, goatee, and the family crest tattooed to the left side of his face. He wears carapace armor and a great coat, and will carry a chainsword wherever possible.

The Dauphin Sector lies adjacently Coreward of the Carib Expanse. The Imperial Commander, called Lord-Governor Dauphin, has a great interest in the treasures of the Expanse and a rivalry with Admiral Stuarius that goes back generations. While technically both upstanding subjects of the Imperium of Man clashes between their forces are common. The Crusade force is far more powerful when massed so Lord Dauphin relies on raiders and subtelty to expand his influence in the sector. His chief allies are the Inquisitorial Council of Dauphin and the Fabricator-General of Navar.

Espadan Tyranny[edit]

Republik of Da 7 Axes[edit]
