Ronin

As the son of two known mentalist in the employ of PSI, he was tested before birth and it was discovered that he was going to be a power mentalist. His father was very happy, he had a son to carry on his work in PSI, his mother did not matter as was the culture that they lived.

His father started training early in the art of Kenjutsu, Jiu-jutsu and the tenets of Bushido. He would raise a powerful samurai with mental powers to enforce PSI doctrine on those that did not accept their leadership. All this changed when he reached the age of eighteen.

On his eighteenth birthday his father presented him with the families sword, he was speechless. Then his father told him about PSI, he knew about the criminal organization and no desire to join them. He ran to his mother and told her, she just shook her head, she was about to say something to him when his father shot her, she died in his arms. He used the sword to escape his father and to flee to America and a new life.

He is a powerful mentalist, but not in the way that PSI had hoped. His is almost invulnerable to mental effects and on top of that he will know who used the attack against him. He is a VERY dangerous combatant, armed or otherwise, and he will always attack a mentalist before any other target. His Hatered for PSI and his mothers death is focused on anyone using mental abilities. Many who have met him in combat have been lucky to flee, he has no problem with killing and has done so with alarming frequencies.

Do not disarm him and think that the threat has been removed, he is a competition level Judo master
