PROFESSOR PENUMBRA

Background:

A dedicated, prideful, intelligent explorer of the unknown who felt he deserved to be made SUPERSCIENCE BODHISATTVA. When he was passed over by the The Ashram of Sciento-Thaumaturgy, he set out on a mission to find the power to destroy them and their lesser servent, DOCTOR DEMIURGE.

Traversing the Void between dimensions, he discovered how to infuse his mastery of the Power Cosmic with the inexhautable hunger and destructive power of the Void.

Thus was PROFESSOR PENUMBRA born.

Abilities:

Voideheart [I]: Reduce damage dealt to you by 2.

Aura of All Consuming Void [I]: While the scene is in the Green zone, all heroes’ power dice at D8 or above are reduced one size. In the Yellow zone, all heroes’ power dice at D10 or above are reduced two die sizes. In the Red zone, all heroes’ power dice are treated as if they are D4. Heroes may remove this ability with three Overcome successes. If a hero takes a minor twist, the hero must lose access to a power entirely until this ability is removed.

Master of Annihilation [I]: Cause massive collateral damage without regard for casualties, automatically succeed at an Overcome where a show of overwhelming force can solve the problem

The Abyss Stares Back [R]: When a nearby hero rolls a 1 on one of their dice during their turn, roll your single Awareness die as an Attack against them.

Annihliating Voidwave [A]: Attack multiple targets using Void Touched Cosmic Sciento-Thaumaturgy. Hinder those targets using your Min die.

Incarnate Unmaking [A]: Attack one target using Void Touched Cosmic Sciento-Thaumaturgy and use your Max+Min dice. If that Attack causes the target to change zones, Boost using your Mid die. That bonus is persistent and exclusive.
