Sandman

By the time the Avengers left New York for good, the Sandman had already returned to his villainous roots… to the irritation of his one time friend the Thing. Sandman found a new partner in Maxwell Dillon, another of Spider-Man’s many foes. Both apparently made immortal by their inorganic bodies the two have been a team for the better part of the last half century making a name for themselves as hired mercenaries and assassins.
