EXALT Initial Investigation: We've now identified a possible group of alien collaborators, known as EXALT from previous intelligence activity, with potential ties to terrorist activity. Members are fanatical, dangerous and operate in long term sleeper cells. But someone must be pulling the strings. We're going to take the information we've acquired from the incident in Portland, and attempt to expand on that.
Update: The dead operatives records prior to three years ago are all fake. But the records since then are legitimate. Tracing the records reveals that all the dead operatives travel to Switzerland at least once a year.
Update: Examining the weapons and helicopters used in the attack has let us trace them back to their source. Ivan Vaslov, a seventy year old former Russian intelligence operative; who works as an arms dealer. He's supplied several storage lockers like the one the EXALT cell used. We're currently tracking his movements and whereabouts.
Update: EXALT has been confirmed to be a militant organization, staffed by clones created by alien collaborators in Majestic-12. Raids on suspected cloning sites will continue.
Alien Artifact Trade: X-INT has become aware that certain rich individuals and corporations have been buying and selling alien artifacts among themselves, a trade known as the Gray Market. Petrubingly, this seems to have been going on since before the invasion began. Long before, in fact, and we've confirmation that some of the artifacts are genuinely alien, and not just clever fakes being sold to people with more dollars than sense. Acquiring these artifacts could be helpful for resarch, as well as clamping down on a trade banned by UN and Council regulations.
Update: Talking to several figures in the underworld was revealed that there's a planned auction at some point in the near future in Hong Kong for an alien artifact, though the sellers and buyers are unknown. Simply getting access to the auction requires a million dollar downpayment. We are reaching out to local police and intelligence networks in China to try to get more details on this.
Update: The organization behind the Gray Market trade has been identified as Osiron, and is considered to be the top tier in the criminal underworld. We're waiting on an opportunity for a chance to infiltrate the auction.

Majestic 12: The investigation into EXALT revealed that they were a militant organization controlled by a group known as Majestic-12. Historical records indicate an organization by this name was founded in the United States in 1947 after the purpoted Roswell crash, but there are no records since of any activity. We'll have to dig deep into governmental archives to look for their tracks. Furthermore, we need to locate and determine who has been replaced by clones under their control.
