Let's face it, the Minion creation rules in Black Crusade are pants. The update in First Founding only buffs up the points for Characteristics.

Minion/Follower Power Levels

My stunning Scarik-fix :)

• Lesser Minons/Followers: Make a Rank 1 Dark Heresy Character

• Normal Minions/Followers: Make a Rank 1 Rogue Trader Character

• Greater Minions/Followers: Make a 'Rank 1' Black Crusade Character

Costs

The costs of Minions also discourage collecting a menagerie so I will change the cost like so:

• All Minions/Followers are Tier 1 (250xp).
• If you only qualify for Lesser ones you get a single Lesser.
• If you qualify for Normal ones you can have two Lessers or a single Normal.
• Once you qualify for Greater Minions you may have 1 Greater, 2 Normal or 4 Lessers for each time you purchase the Minion Talent.

• You may only buy Minion a number of time equal to your Fel bonus.
