Scroll: Protection from Lycanthropes

When read, the magic of the scroll creates a circle of protection centered on the reader for 6 Turns. The reader must actively chant the words of the page to keep the lycanthropes at bay. The circle is broken if anyone inside the field attacks any creature affected by the scroll in hand-to-hand combat. It does not prevent missile combat in either direction.

The magic affects 1d10 creatures of 1-3 HD, 1d8 creatures of 4-5 HD, and 1d4 creatures of 6+ HD.
