[Random_Nerd] W: "First, take a conspiracy theorist of the old breed. The kind with a chart that has the Illuminati and the Lizard People and Luc and Lyle Lovett on it."

[Random_Nerd] W: "There are rumors that he hears other things, too, but I don't know how true they are."
[Ftisk] "uhm my prevision need a reevaluation... can be an interesting noble to meet"
[Ftisk] "What kind of rumors?"
[Random_Nerd] W: "That he hears /everything/ that's spoken or written. Anywhere."
[DanteE] "If that were true, he wouldn't need to be a conspiracy theorist...
[Ftisk] "Have he perfect memory also?"
[Theresa] "That would be quite the information overload. And it makes me wonder what he would hear if we could get Outside to talk about him."
[Random_Nerd] W: "I don't even know if it's true. If it is, then by this point he isn't even vaguely human in how he thinks."
[Ftisk] "We can ask him."
[DanteE] "And he did want to talk to us... how often does that happen?"
[Random_Nerd] W: "I don't know. He doesn't exactly tell everyone about his own personal business."
[Ftisk] "Well we are publically appointed by HQ... this have to count..."

[DanteE] "That actually reminds me, how many people know about our dealings with Ha'Qadosh?"
[Random_Nerd] W: "The people who always watch what happens in the Council. The people who watch things that happen to you. The people who keep track of things involving Ha'Qadosh, or the Outside."

[DanteE] "... I'd really like to know who's in that second group."
[Random_Nerd] W: "I don't know. More than five months ago, for certain."

[Random_Nerd] W: "I don't know. I would just ask him, and I'm certain he can work something out."
[Theresa] "We should be polite, though. Even if he can hear us talking about us, we should invite him formally."
[Ftisk] "I agree with Theresa"
[Random_Nerd] Wasp: "You have reached the Dominus of Shadows. He is currently busy, but..." Shadows: "I got it, I got it. No, dude lurking behind the SUV, I will not hide you from that guy's brother. In fact, I have half a mind to send a creature from your darkest nightmares to devour you whole."

[Random_Nerd] Everyone, you hear a sound outside like ice cracking on a lake, magnified about twenty times. Also, a crackling sound, like a house burning.
[Ftisk] "wait a moment Shadow..."
[Theresa] (And...spank? Do I think what I'm thinking?)

[Random_Nerd] It sounds like it's hovering outside the wall, and you hear a hammering sound.
[Theresa] "Gee, everyone gets personal ring tones..."
[Ftisk] (Theresa, you think right on Opaniel’s doll!)

• DanteE heads for a window to look outside...
  

[Random_Nerd] It's hovering in mid-air. It's about twenty feet long, a glossy black, and it seems to have been made of a bunch of huge jagged black pieces stuck together in a long and curving shape. Flames shoot out the sides at random.
[Random_Nerd] It's tearing chunks out of the wall.
[Random_Nerd] When it sees Dante and Ftisk, it stops.
[Theresa] "Jeeves, if that's you, false alarm."
[Ftisk] to S: "is Jeeves now a sound source?"
[Random_Nerd] Jeeves dives in the window, shrinking as he does so down to his usual, comparatively cuddly, form.
[Random_Nerd] Jeeves: *large blue question mark*
[Ftisk] "Shadows say to say you nevermind"
[Theresa] (He _is_ cuddly! To us, at least.)
[DanteE] (Didn't we preserve the Tower?)
[Random_Nerd] (Just with a L Pres, right?)
[Ftisk] (uhm.. Jeeves must be hungry to eat that rock! :-P )
[DanteE] (We preserved it when the helicopter attacked, and again when Monty got big)

[Theresa] "Oh, I wouldn't mind another daiquiri, thank you. And we can fix the walls."

[Theresa] (He's apologizing for wrecking the place and offering to make drinks.)

[DanteE] "Someone tell me why Shadows' valet was trashing out tower?"
[Ftisk] "My fault Dante, I call Shadows and there was a connection issue more o less"

• Theresa pokes around the conference room which would, of course, have a bar. We're not savages.
  

[Random_Nerd] (Basically, Jeeves is built on about eighteen, nineteen character points, including the floating character points Shadows has assigned to him. He wouldn't be much danger to any of you, but he's pretty scary in mortal terms if he's told to be.)

• Ftisk loud to Shadows "Beside Shadows I'm not asking you to summon an angel equivalent thing but a doll equivalent thing"
  
• Theresa finds the bar and waves at Jeeves.
  

[Random_Nerd] Shadows: "If all you care about is visual appearance, I can do that pretty easy."
[Ftisk] to S: "Yes is the visual that matter"
[Ftisk] to S: "Can I give the doll to Jeves?"
[DanteE] "Doesn't really tell me what was happening..."
[Random_Nerd] S: "Jeeves has trouble carrying things long distances. It's complicated. I'll send the pigeon for it, if you tell Jeeves where it is."
[Ftisk] "Ok. Is at my place (hidden away from Gnomely to avoid jealousy...) I explain to Jeeves how take it"
[Random_Nerd] W: "So..."
[Random_Nerd] William shrugs, and sits back down.
[Ftisk] "Thank"
[DanteE] "Again, why was he wrecking our tower?"
[Theresa] "Would you like a drink, William?"
[Ftisk] "to s: Loud then lowering toward he end "Thank you. Now I must explain a bit to Dante... Bye... Take care..."

[DanteE] "Oh... so, Shadows thought we were in trouble and sent Jeeves?"
[Ftisk] "No... Shadows thought I was making some phone joke at him and has not identified me as me and send Jeves"
[Random_Nerd] William takes out a pen, and starts writing something on a piece of paper.
[Random_Nerd] (For some context, Shadows at the moment is rather intoxicated.)
[Theresa] (Is it okay that I giggled at that?)

[Random_Nerd] Jeeves pokes his... absence of head... into the room again. He has Ftisk's Ophaniel doll clutched between two of his paws.
[Random_Nerd] William: "Almost done."
[Ftisk] "Bravo Jeeves!, Is the right one"
[Random_Nerd] William thinks for a moment, and then signs the sheet.

[Random_Nerd] A toothed conical hole appears in the ground, near Jeeves. Jeeves drops the doll into it.

[DanteE] "Y'know, sometimes I wonder about how secure we are if Shadows can send 'pigeons' so easily..."

[Random_Nerd] William: "Well, as I understand it, the messenger-creature has the power to move between worlds. It's a common ability, many Nobles have it, and our Society even has a few Foci that allow the use of the same technique."
[Ftisk] (btw was you Dante or was Brian that want to learn HS?)

[Random_Nerd] W: "When Nobles visit you, then generally call ahead, or 'knock on the door' in one way or another. But this is a gesture of courtesy, not a requirement."
[Ftisk] "Right if you don't have a borderguard you aren't aware of who came and go from the borders"
[Random_Nerd] W: "Yes, there are ways to render a Chancel able to defend itself, but I understand that they're difficult to set up and maintain."
[Ftisk] "Right, usually the price to setup these is high"
[Random_Nerd] W: "Also, you do have the giant tree, the demon and his assistants, and the police. They could probably at least delay any attack."
[Ftisk] "Sure"
[DanteE] "Theresa, does your Noble-spotting power trigger on Jeeves?"
[Theresa] "Or at least give notice for us to get there soon."

• Theresa cocks her head and looks at Jeeves.
  

[Random_Nerd] (Jeeves is an Anchor, and as such shows up. The Pigeon isn't, and doesn't.)
[Theresa] "Jeeves is an Anchor. The Pigeon..is just a...whatever it is."
[Random_Nerd] (Well, let me be more clear. Jeeves has anchor-like immunity, at least.)

[Ftisk] "So here can be full of these marvelous creatures and we never know... how sad..."
[DanteE] (So, Theresa's power finds anything we can't directly zap, then?)
