«Random_Nerd» As you arrive, you meet the strangers. At the border to the chancel, Gil has set up a table, and appears to have gotten catering from some place that does waffles.

«Random_Nerd» Sitting at the table are three Shards you've met before. Elias, the one in the white robe with the vaguely tired and irritated expression.
«Random_Nerd» Rochefort, who looks like a pirate off the cover of a romance novel, if he had turned one of his fingers into a knife made of bone and was eating waffles.
«Random_Nerd» And, in a scaly green-and-blue suit, Conrad, looking like Ftisk but with both eyes.

  • Conrad openly smile "Greetings, brothers! I'm pleased to find that you are all fine!"

«Random_Nerd» Rochefort, mouth full of waffle: "Man. /Awkward/."
«Theresa» "I was just thinking that."

«DanteE» "Well, 'Shirk' has the advantage that you can say it without the surroundings no doing their job.

«DanteE» (Hm. That might mean that Conrad's body would have one... which we could get intel from.)

«Random_Nerd» (They don't need detailed instructions when their goal is to come in and smash things.)

«Random_Nerd» (But when they need to specifically /not/ break things and hurt people... yeah, then they need more.)
«Brian» (to Dante) "... I know Warmains aren't Deceivers. They're generally pretty much straightforward beings. Most of the time."

«Brian» "I take it from your tattoos that neither tattooing nor writing are specific to Inside?"
«Random_Nerd» Elias: "'Why' isn't in the briefing. We're just soldiers. But I assume from the fact that we're here at all that our greater self is very worried about the situation, and suspects that... 'Shirk' has sold out to the other side."
«Brian» (Brian's totally in Tangent Land. Oops.)
«Random_Nerd» Rochefort, pointing with a fork: "By which he means you."
«Kite» whisper to Ftisk: "Should we trade what we know for a favor for Lord Vulcan? Are they tempered?"
«Brian» "eeenteresting."
«Random_Nerd» Rochefort: "Does someone have a writing implement I can borrow?"
«squidTisk» "Warmain are tempered more often than not, and yes is a good idea"
«DanteE» "So... from your point of view he's not an ambassador?"

«Theresa» "Delivery pizza? Not homemade? You'd need to try some of the large chain pizzas and you'd want to make them into nothing."
«Kite» "If we arrange a method, would you guys be willing to share, then?"

«Random_Nerd» Elias: "We're not empowered to negotiate on that level. But if you have a proposal, we can take it back along with the report."

«Brian» (muttering mostly to himself) "Shadows' Fetch can solve plans for him, and is largely like Shadows himself. There must be some way to create a fetch such that the spark can co-exist in him. Um. What do you know of a Caesar?"

«Brian» (that last was more out loud)
«Random_Nerd» Conrad, to Ftisk: "So, how do you like the dragon form?"
«Kite» "I certainly wish to look into a method to share Estates and would be willing to share this method, should I discover it."
«Random_Nerd» Elias: "The new Wildlord?"
«DanteE» to Brian: "Not Caesar... either Suebi or Sakharoth."
«Brian» "yep. Him."
«Random_Nerd» Elias: "I don't recall the details, of course. But I have a strong emotional reaction when I think about him."
