Shawn Cordova
Originally from Maine, Shawn got his Masters in marine biology from the University of Hawai'i and went to work at the New England Aquarium. He was on his way to the Los Angeles Zoo for a three week work exchange on the morning of September 11, 2001.
Since waking up and demonstrating his new powers, he has been hired back at his old job; Shawn is able to control and can "communicate" with marine creatures of all kinds through some bio-electrical output from organs at the base of his brain, from tiny schools of fish to dolphins and whales.
