Biography[edit]
Emerald Morning's old partner in the Invisible Hell Killers. A flawless beauty and faultless flautist, she is somewhat unbalanced emotionally due to events in her past. Namely, she was forced to kill the two loves of her life, The Cunning Fox King and Stormcloud Nan. Along with Morning, she constituted the Death Metal cell of the Hell Killers, overseen by their handler the Nameless Minister. Morning does his best to distract her from brooding by playing the part of insufferable juinor partner, hoping that if he acts crazy enough she will forget her past and laugh with a clear, joygul heart. Her unquestionable loyalty to the ideals of the Hell Killers and her cell is a good counterpart to Morning's calculating compassion. Shining Moon currently operates as a solo unit, as other Invisible Hell Killers are too terrified to partner with her.

Shining Moon was inspired by her namesake, the Invisible Hell Killer in the WotG supplement Tears in the Grass. You can see her full stats there.
