- A failed University graduate, Shiva now works in aqua farming, overseeing many of the aspects of growing local and introduced flora for food consumption. Or so he thought. He spends most of his day either in a wet suit or piloting one of the many different submersibles used by the farm. He's a supervisor, with many other technicians below him, but without that degree he won't be promoted for a long time. His family are wealthy corporate middle management who can't understand the failure that is their son, an attitude mirrored by his two brothers but not his sister.
